<description><![CDATA[Contact me at Megan@WhatToFeedTheKids.com or leave a message on the food line at &nbsp;<br/>206-20-feed-7<br/>206-203-3337<br/><br/>Breakfast: Getting ride of excess baby food<br/><br/>Recipe source: me<br/>Instant oatmeal<br/>Left over fruit baby food when baby rejects or grows out of it, <br/><br/><br/>Lunch: Meat balls with a veggie secret<br/>Recipe Source: Me and the <a href="http://www.recipesecrets.com/recipeDisplayMRS.asp?RecipeID=6025&Version=1">Lipton company</a> <br/>SOUPERIOR MEAT LOAF<br/>1 envelope LiptonÃÂ Recipe SecretsÃÂ Onion Soup Mix<br/>2 lbs. ground beef<br/>3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs*<br/>2 eggs<br/>3/4 cup water<br/>1/3 cup ketchup<br/>1 Package Frozen spinach<br/><br/>For Meat Loaf from Lipton<br/>1. Preheat oven to 350Ãï. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.<br/>2. In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, shape into loaf.<br/>3. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.<br/>*Substitution: Use 1-1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs or 5 slices fresh bread, cubed.<br/><br/>Slow Cooker Method for Meat Loaf from Lipton: In slow cooker, arrange meat loaf. Cook covered on LOW 6 to 8 hours or HIGH 4 hours. (HELPFUL HINT...Place meat loaf on a piece of cheesecloth, then on a rack to help hold meat loaf together while lifting in and out of slow cooker.)<br/><br/>My method for meat balls:<br/>Mix all ingredients. Form into meat balls and place on a greased and or foiled pan. Cook at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer to be sure the temp has reached 160 F. Poor onto hot greased pan. Add cheese about 30 seconds before removing from the pan. Top with grated cheese and sliced tomatoes. Roll up the tortilla to enclose the filling. Heat a dry nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Place the tortilla seam side down in the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Cut diagonally and serve. <br/><br/>My version: Make it like a casadia. Lay tortilla flat on a greased and/or&nbsp; nonstick pan. Spread out the tuna and sprinkle with cheese. Lay second tortilla on top and cook until light brown. My choice is 1 TBSP.&nbsp; Lemon Garli Garni&nbsp; From the&nbsp; http://www.garlicfestival.com/<br/><br/><br/>Preheat oven to 400 F<br/>Soften the butter<br/>Mix in seasoning <br/>Put in the freezer and mix every few minutes until itÃïïs firm but moldable<br/>Without breaking the skin, Separate the skin far up on the breast and into the drumsticks as possible<br/>Stuff the seasoned butter under the skin about a tablespoon at a time. Drain<br/>Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and ginger. Add orange juice and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Boil for 1 minute.
